Frequently Asked Questions
How to loan?
Call 6972 1317 or walk-in to Nikon Experience Hub, Funan, to check on availability of camera or lens. Loan is based on a first-come-first-serve basis. No reservation is allowed.
What is the loan period?
It will be 5 days including date of collection and return. No extension is allowed. A penalty fee will be imposed if there’s a delay in returning. Please refer to Annex A under Terms & Conditions.
Where to loan?
Nikon Trial Program will only be available at Nikon Experience Hub, Funan, Singapore.
Who is eligible to loan?
Only Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident is eiligible. Original NRIC or Passport together with Proof of Residency Status (eg. Bank Statement / Utility Bill) are required for verification.
